All our products are made of genuine leather, unless otherwise specified on our website/store/packaging.

Our leather products are fabricated using the finest natural leathers sourced from renowned tanneries in Pakistan and abroad. Our criteria for the skins and hides we select is based on longevity, durability and aesthetics.

Designed to last considerably longer than most others in the market, you can rest assured that our products will wear and tear with distinct grace and character.

No. What we sell online and what we offer in our physical stores is the same. However, there are some products that we do not offer online. If you would like to order an item that you have seen in one of our stores but cannot find it online, please write to order@Silkskin.com.

Silkskin website accepts the following modes of payment:

- credit/debit card (master/visa);

- bank transfers (for Pakistan only); and

- cash on delivery (for Pakistan only).

Within 24 hours of you placing the order, we will send an email confirming that your order has been received (your order number will be included).

We take a maximum of 7 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within a specified time, Silkskin will inform the customer as soon as possible.

For international orders, customers must provide up to 2 weeks (working days) in case of deliveries by Courier. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within a specified time, Silkskin will inform the customer as soon as possible.

While we do our best to maintain stock and keep our customers satisfied, it is only natural for us to run out of certain items sometimes. If we are short on stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or text. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation.

If you have any further questions about taking care of a particular product, please contact us with its article number and we will assist you accordingly. You must remember, however, that minor deviations, wrinkles, and imperfections are proof of the genuineness of leather used to manufacture the product.
