Maintenance of your SilkSkin leather products is relatively simple; mainly, to maintain the quality, look and feel of your SilkSkin leather product, you are advised to use a high-quality cream to clean and refurbish it. If you have any further questions about taking care of a particular product, please contact us with its article number and we will assist you accordingly. You must remember, however, that minor deviations, wrinkles, and imperfections are proof of the genuineness of leather used to manufacture the product.

What should I expect once the online order is placed?
Within 24 hours of you placing the order, we will send an email confirming that your order has been received

What is the delivery time for orders within Pakistan?
We take 7-10 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within a specified time, SilkSkin will inform the customer as soon as possible.
What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
While we do our best to maintain stock and keep our customers satisfied, it is only natural for us to run out of certain items sometimes. If we are short on stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail or text. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking number of the order, which you can track on our delivery partner’s website.
What if I have forgotten my order number?

What if there is an issue with my product?
Please contact us via WhatsApp or email if there is an issue with your product, whether a manufacturing fault, regular wear and tear, or by accident. We will be happy to guide you accordingly.
A product complaint can be claimed within 7 days. It will be assessed by our product team to determine the nature of the complaint and the maximum timeline for resolution is 15 working days. The majority of issues are resolved well within this period.
The accurate date of purchase (or order number for online purchase) along with contact number is required.
For any issues other than a manufacturing fault, a nominal charge may be applicable and will be intimated.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- Goods can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase/delivery with a price tag & receipt. (Return applicable for online purchases only)
- Damaged, used, or altered products cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Any refunds will be via cross cheque or through a bank transaction.
