RETURN POLICY

When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information in the order form.

All customer information provided to us on the Silk Skin website is treated confidentially.

For international deliveries, any custom, excise or other duties and levies (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These duties and levies are sometimes applicable in the destination country and are third party costs which the customer must take full responsibility of.

The prices and shipping charges shown while placing an online order do not include any duties/levies for any given country.

All items offered on the website are subjected to availability at the time of placing your order.

Please note that, while we do our best to display products on the website as accurately as possible, there may seem a variation in the color of a product(s) due to factors such as light, different screens, etc.

Silk Skin reserves the right to change designs and prices without notice.

We will not refund or exchange any items bought online under any circumstances.

If you are using the cash on delivery (COD) payment method for a delivery within Pakistan, please pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery.

For deliveries within Pakistan, please allow up to a maximum of seven working days, and a maximum of 15 days for international orders

We will notify you as soon as possible in the case of a delay.

If we are unable to deliver an order to you due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be solely liable to pay the cost of the product along with the delivery charges.
